As a first-time home buyer, I was new to the process, and on top of that, I began looking during the Covid-19 housing market. Angela did a great job answering all of my questions or concerns about the home buying process. As frustrating as the market was, Angela reassured me that we would find a home and never gave up. Angela was great about getting me answers about specific properties and stayed on top of the listing agent until we received an answer (often times getting answers back on the same day). When I finally found a house that I liked, Angela was a great advisor on what the offer should look like and what I should include in the offer package. When we finally had an offer accepted, Angela laid out all of the next steps in an organized and easy to understand email. Angela made it a point to change her schedule around to attend the house inspection with me, which was so helpful for someone doing it their first time. Angela was able to shepherd me through to closing by managing and reacting to the bank, the listing agent/ seller, myself, and the bumps along the way. Angela is a true professional who genuinely cares for her clients and does what she needs to do to get the job done. I have already recommended her to other friends and will continue to do so.
